-Battery, wristband, crown, or crystal/glass
-Warranty card where the serial number is missing or has been erased, altered, falsified, replaced, defaced, or made illegible.
Revelot does not honor any warranty claims that are not accompanied by the original documentation.
To obtain a repair or replacement under this limited warranty, you must ensure that the authorized retailer, from where the timepiece was purchased, has appropriately filled in the warranty card.
Our products are covered by a 1 year warranty from the day they were bought, when used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended. Try not to over stuff your Revelot wallet or put things in there that don’t belong. If you do put more cards in there than recommended, things can stretch out of shape and put undue stress on the stitching and other materials.
This warranty covers faults in materials and workmanship and doesn't apply if damage is caused by unreasonable use or neglect, normal wear and tear, or if you change your mind.
In order to make a warranty claim, you need to have purchased your Revelot Wallet through our website or one of our retail outlets. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will resolve the issue for you.
