Local Shipping (Malaysia)
Orders within Malaysia are delivered within 3–5 working days after dispatch.

International Shipping
We ship internationally via FedEx, with delivery typically taking 7–10 working days depending on your location and customs clearance.

Pre-Order Items
For pre-order purchases, the estimated shipping date is displayed on the product page of each item.

Online purchases are eligible for refund only by online store credit from total value of refund. Kindly report to us at info@revelot.com immediately if goods were found in damaged condition. Any report later than 30 days from date of purchase will not be entertained.

• All Refunds are Subjected to transaction fees by our payment gateway, import fee by our courier and import tax from our customs.
• All Clearance/Sample Sale items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Customers can return damaged/wrong/faulty items (apart from sale items) within 30 days of order date for a refund of that item. Any lateness will not be entertained and item(s) will be returned back to the customers and re-shipping cost will be incurred.

The goods are customer’s responsibility until they have reached our warehouse. Please ensure to package your returned items properly in order to avoid damages. This include the boxes, packaging and tags. Revelot will not be responsible for any items that are returned with damage.

Import Duty & VAT Will be additional cost for some countries. We will not take responsibility for any additional cost incurred that is subjected to your countries import rules and regulations.
